    The Cambridge advanced level programme is the Gold standard qualification for entry into top universities in the world over.


    Accelerated fast track 8-10 months (Aug/Sept till May/June

    We at FACE ACADEMIA, candidates (students) are expected to offer three subjects relative to the degree course in which they intend to study at their respective universities.

    The CIE A Levels results are used to apply for a 200 level direct entry university admission in over 90 countries across the globe VIZ: UK, Nigeria, USA, Germany {other European Union countries}, and Canada etc. All subjects

    The interim joint matriculation Board Examination {IJMBE} is an advanced educational programme that qualifies candidates(students) for 200 level admission in their respective Universities.

    This examination body was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 1976 to replace the higher school certificate Examination (HSCE}. At the FACE ACADEMIA COLLEGE, the IJMBE A’ level runs for a period of 7-10 months. All candidates must register for (3) A’ level subjects, in which they are expected to obtain an average of 7 to 12 points of a maximum of 15 points. The aggregate of points per A’ level subject makes them eligible for a 200 level admission into any Nigeria University.

    Here is a list of some universities that accepts the IJMBE for Direct Entry admission: unilorin, UniAbuja, Olabisi Obasanjo Uni(Ogun), Tasued (Ijebu-ogun), Unijos, FUTMINNA, Uni of Abeokuta, Bayero University (kano), fuoye (Ekiti), Kwara State Uni, Delsu, Al-Hikmah Uni (Ilorin), UNAD, Ondo State Uni.

    The Joint University Preliminary Exam Board was approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2013. It conducts standard exams for candidates who have undergone a two or three semester A’ level programme and are seeking a Direct Entry admission in any Nigeria and Partnering foreign universities.

    Program duration

    8-10 months {Aug/Sept till May/June}

    At the FACE ACADEMIA COLLEGE, candidates are expected to enroll for 3 core subjects that are relevant to their desired field of study. We prepare candidates for the following A’ level subjects within the confines of the examination body’s syllabus:

     Art: Literature in English, History, CRK, IRK

    MGT & Social Sciences: Economics, Accounting, Government, Business studies, geography

    Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics

    The examination body attributes five (5) points to each A’ level subjects enrolled for by all applicants. A maximum number of 15 points is obtainable!

    As regards the Direct Entry admission, departments in each university will peg a minimum point as a bench mark for admission eligibility.

    Below are lists of universities that accept JUPEB as a criterion for Direct Entry admissions:

    FUTO, University of Lagos, UNIBEN, NSUKKA (Uni of Nigeria), OAU (Ife), Uni of Uyo, crescent Uni, Babcock, Lagos State Uni, Adeleke Uni (Osun), Bowen, Redeemers, Covenant Uni, Hallmark Uni, Fed. Uni of Petroleum Resources (Effurun-Delta), Niger Delta Uni (bayelsa), Uni of Calabar, Kwararafa University (Taraba), amongst many.

    A minimum of 5 credit or distinctions (or Awaiting Results) including mathematics and English via any of the following O’ level examining bodies: WAEC, IGCSE, NECO, Cambridge O’ level etc.

    Cambridge A’ level

    • Applicants (candidates) in SS3/year 12 can apply before the completion of their senior secondary school. IGCSE/WAEC exam preparations can run simultaneously alongside the Cambridge as or A’ Level

    Note: T & C applies.

    • Remedial classes are also available to those who are retaking and/or making up for some papers.

    IJMB and JUPEB:

    • Same as Cambridge A’ level above. Students who have deficiencies in mathematics and/or English and other subjects can enroll {awaiting results}.
